-Temporary position from June to September, located in East Montreal (Anjou)
-Salary: $25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience
-Regular office hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
-Assist estimators in preparing bids and quotations
-Draft, format, and prepare various documents required for service proposals
-Respond to emails and ensure effective follow-up
-Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
-Enter data and process orders in the internal system
-Follow up with suppliers
-Perform any other related administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
-Experience in administrative support or a similar role (an asset)
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ease with computer systems
