Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and analyze tender documents. You will also manage project budgets, identify cost-saving strategies through value engineering, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Qualifications
-A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating
-Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite is also a must
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local market pricing
