Rigorous analysis of technical plans and specifications.
Accurately calculating product and material requirements.
Managing price lists from external suppliers (countertops, plumbing, etc.).
Evaluating transportation and labor costs for each project.
Collaborating with the sales teams to finalize commercial proposals.
Qualifications
We are seeking a methodical professional for our Laval office:
Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Architecture, Building Design, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in estimating, ideally within the manufacturing sector (sheet metal, architectural woodwork, cabinetry) or specialized construction.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Bluebeam or AutoCAD is considered a major asset.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with technical documents.
