Responsibilities
Your daily impact
As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the entire bidding process, ensuring our offers are both precise and winning:
Strategic Analysis: Perform detailed reviews of plans and specs (General Contractor and/or Formwork sectors).
Surgical Precision: Execute accurate take-offs for materials and labor.
Financial Engineering: Develop preliminary budgets and prepare bid schedules using TPL software.
Subcontractor Management: Rigorously solicit and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
Project Handover: Ensure a seamless and complete information transfer to the Project Management team post-award.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
Expertise: 10+ years of relevant experience in estimation (ideally with a General Contractor or specialist in concrete/civil engineering).
Education: College or University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Estimation, or equivalent experience.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in TPL, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite.
The Profile: Strong analytical skills, a critical eye, and total independence in your workflow.
