• Coordinate the complete logistical organization of corporate events, trade shows, and marketing activities, both in Quebec and internationally.
• Manage budgets allocated to events and marketing initiatives, ensuring rigorous expense tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the quality and compliance of marketing materials and event installations.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote events and marketing campaigns.
• Continuously monitor construction market trends and best practices in events and marketing.
