Randstad is hiring an Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper for our client in Guelph, ON. This role is reporting to the President and will require the candidate to work fully onsite.

Salary: $65,000 annually
Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper you will be responsible for:
- Providing high level, administrative support to the President
- Managing calendars and day to day activities including travel arrangements and organizing logistics
- Organizing and attend meetings involving multiple senior executives including facility use agreements, room booking, equipment bookings and office supplies
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Maintaining financial statements, reconciling accounts, preparing cheques and general accounts payable / accounts receivable functions
- Prepare financial reports and other statistical information
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years previous experience providing support to C-level executives, ideally with bookkeeping functions knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, customers and clients
- Ability to problem solve and work with a high level of autonomy
- Professional communication skills - verbal and written
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google applications and QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail accuracy a must
