Advantages

• Hybrid remote and in office (number of days depends on events and meetings but typically 2 days in office)

Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Serve as a main point of contact between executives and internal/external partners
• Draft and prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items
• Handle confidential information with professionalism
• Assist with research, reporting, and special projects as needed
• Track project deliverables and follow up on action items
• Coordinate and arrange special events such as off-site meetings, leadership retreats and executive sessions.
Qualifications
• A keen eye for detail and ability to stay well-organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual French/Enlish is an asset but not required
• Ability to stay ahead of deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Assistance
• Professionalism and ability to approach conversations with ease.
• Ability to operate effectively and leverage AI for efficiencies (Co-Pilot is an asset)
• Experience with MS Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel (basic) and Co-Pilot
