Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative capacity.

- Demonstrate high proficiency in Office 365, with a focus on advanced Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Be able to commute to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity within Downtown Toronto.
- Possess exceptional communication skills suitable for a high-level corporate environment.
- Show a proven ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and deadlines with ease.
