This is a unique and urgent opportunity to join the team as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Operations. This Senior Vice President is a key member of the Executive Management Committee (EMC), and this role is considered a strategic enabler for the entire Operations organization.
This is more than an administrative role—it's a critical partnership demanding a blend of professionalism, strategic foresight, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support and Calendar Management: prioritizing meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel, expense reports...
Act as a central point of contact, preparing and organizing materials for high-stakes deliverables, including Board meetings and media engagements, often requiring flexibility and availability outside of standard working hours
Draft, edit, and proofread high-level internal and external communications, presentations, and report
Prepare presentations and documents using the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and familiarity with Copilot is a strong asset)
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Senior Executive (SVP level or higher).
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and French (Bilingual) is required.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with AI tools like Copilot is a big asset
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
