Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to communicate in English (both orally and in writing). Specifically, this role will require the employee to communicate with English-speaking clients, partners, and employees located outside of Quebec.

Calendar Management & Coordination: Manage and optimize the President’s complex schedule, including planning and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and events.
Travel Coordination: Plan and organize all aspects of business travel (flights, accommodation, transportation), ensuring efficiency and comfort.
Support for Personal & Community Engagements: Oversee and coordinate the President’s family and community commitments, ensuring seamless integration with professional responsibilities.
Administrative Management: Handle correspondence, prepare documents, conduct research, manage filing systems, and ensure the follow-up of daily administrative tasks.
External Relations: Coordinate and manage interactions with external partners, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring smooth and professional communication.
Meeting Preparation: Compile and prepare all necessary meeting materials, draft minutes, and ensure the follow-up of action items.
