Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant will play a strategic and central role in supporting management operations.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Manage the Chairman's agenda, plan and coordinate meetings, and ensure rigorous follow-up of ongoing files.
Prepare presentation documents, minutes and reports.
Communications and coordination
Write, edit and send professional e-mails.
Ensure smooth and rigorous follow-up of internal and external communications.
Participate in the updating of internal policies and in the integration process of new employees.
Support recruitment and training processes.
Organize internal and legal documents.
Manage regulatory compliance and electronic signatures
Participate in writing and managing content for LinkedIn and other communication channels.
Qualifications
Profile required
Bilingualism, both spoken and written
Similar experience in an executive support role: president, director, vp ....
Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint.
Autonomy , organization ,, sense of urgency and sense of priorities.
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Sense of discretion and impeccable professionalism.
Initiative, leadership in action and attention to detail.
