Salary: Between $80,000 and $90,000
Schedule: 40 hours per week, ideally from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but flexible
Vacation: Flexibility in vacation management, subject to approval by the Vice Presidents.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities and tasks of this role are broken down as follows:
The individual will provide compensation and operations support 60% of the time
Accounting support: invoicing (25% of the role), expense accounts, and invoice processing
Creating dashboards for project management and tracking
Administrative support for events and programs
Talent management 40%
Calendar and communications management
Preparing PowerPoint presentations
Collaborating with corporate departments on special projects
Organizing events and other projects
Qualifications
Bilingualism, both spoken and written
Similar experience in executive support
HR experience (asset)
An individual who isn't afraid to take on new challenges.
Someone who is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once and being the main point of contact for teams.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion, organization, autonomy, and team spirit
