Based in the heart of downtown Toronto, this is a dynamic 3–6 month temporary role for an individual who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment. You will act as a strategic partner - managing complex calendars, facilitating critical team communications, and leveraging modern AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
-Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks for the investment team, including but not limited to:
-Communicating with internal and external stakeholders directly and on behalf of the team members, and in doing so, building trust relationships with key audiences
-Keeping the teams well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, as applicable, and helping address competing demands and necessary follow ups
-Tracking and managing certain correspondence and determining appropriate referrals or responses
-Organizing and strategically managing the teams complex calendars, as requested from time to time
-Coordinating external appearances, engagements, and invitations, as appropriate
-Planning and managing logistics for a variety of special projects
-Assuring clarity of action items arising from tea meetings; confirming responsibility for closure and follow-up on the status of open items, as requested from time to time
-Assuming responsibility for planning, organizing and facilitating internal events, as requested from time to time
-Support internal expense reporting and invoicing
-Scheduling and coordinating logistics for meetings
-Supporting the drafting and dissemination of materials and documents
-Providing support to team members for travel, education, and expense claims related to company
Qualifications
-Post-secondary education or equivalent certification
-Administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment, with direct support to C-Suite leaders and professionals
-Strong outlook and calendaring skills (MS Office)
-Willing to learn new software such as board portals and doodle polls
-Experience in document Management
-Willingness to adopt AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT
-Proactive self starter with an ability to work autonomously
