Advantages
Compensation: $36.00/hr
Work Model: On-site (5 days per week initially; potential for hybrid transition to 4 days on-site)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Board Support: Provide high-level coordination for the CEO and the Board of Directors, including meeting preparation, minute-taking, and tracking critical action items.
Strategic Calendar Management: Manage a complex and shifting executive calendar, ensuring maximum efficiency and prioritizing high-value engagements.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, ground transport, and venue logistics.
Board Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for Board and Committee members, facilitating professional communication and governance records maintenance.
Operational Support: Assist regional offices and the executive team with scheduling and event-season support (particularly during peak Spring and Fall cycles).
Proactive Task Management: Anticipate the CEO’s to-do list, manage files with high acumen, and provide daily "action lists" to ensure organizational priorities are met.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 5–7 years of executive administrative experience, specifically supporting C-Suite leaders and Board/Committee members.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Calendar, Teams, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence for diverse stakeholders.
Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
