The Opportunity
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the "engine room" for our leadership team. You will manage a high-volume C-suite desk where no two days are the same, balancing complex calendar management with high-level project coordination. You will act as a vital bridge between the CEO and the Board of Directors, ensuring that communication is seamless and the organization’s most critical initiatives stay on track.

Responsibilities
Strategic Executive Support
Forward-Looking Calendar Management: Execute sophisticated calendar coordination for the CEO, troubleshooting conflicts and making judgment-based recommendations to ensure a frictionless daily schedule.
Primary Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries that are often highly confidential or time-sensitive.
Proactive Decision Making: Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response for incoming matters, mirroring the CEO’s style and organizational policy.
Travel & Logistics: Manage complex travel arrangements and prepare detailed expense reports with 100% accuracy.
Board of Directors & Leadership Coordination
Board Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for the Board of Directors, facilitating meetings, preparing board materials, and managing ongoing communications.
Meeting Preparation: Collect and synthesize information for meetings with staff and outside parties, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for every engagement.
Project Management: Lead or assist with special projects, maintaining high-quality outputs from initial research to final documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives within a complex, professional environment.
Education: Minimum 1-year certificate program from a recognized Community College (or equivalent).
Communication Master: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and proofread with an eagle eye.
Technical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe, and a natural agility in learning new applications and digital tools.
The "Anticipation" Factor: A proven ability to stay one step ahead, anticipating needs and troubleshooting issues before they impact the executive’s workflow.
Discretion: An intuitive sense of confidentiality and the ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
