You'll be operating a high-end Okuma 300 lathe and machining 1704 stainless steel to exact specifications for vital components used in the oil and gas sector. From complex threading to box connections, your expertise will help shape the future of drilling technology.
🕒 Shift Schedule
Monday to Thursday – 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
3-day weekends, every week.
💵 Compensation
Starting at $34/hour, with room to negotiate based on experience.

Responsibilities
🔧 Operate and program Okuma 300 CNC lathe with ±0.001” tolerances
📐 Read blueprints, apply G-code, manage tooling and offsets
🧪 Perform gauge measurements (GASS) to ensure dimensional accuracy
🧵 Machine rotary all threading and box connections in 1704 stainless
♻️ Maintain extremely low scrap rates in a lean, quality-driven environment
🧠 Work independently and make smart, confident decisions
Qualifications
✔️ 5+ years of senior-level machining experience
✔️ Mastery in threading, turning, and box connection work
✔️ Strong knowledge of G-code, blueprints, and high-precision measurements
✔️ Background in oil & gas or other tight-tolerance, high-stakes industries
✔️ Reliable, motivated, and ready to grow in a long-term role
🚫 Must pass a drug and alcohol screening
