Responsibilities
• Ensures the accuracy of transport rates used for billing
• Ensure to obtain the sea waybills vouchers without delay
• Ensures complete sales billing and export support documentation for customers. The employee will have to make the requests and follow-ups with third parties to obtain the certificates required for clients.
• Ensures the tracking of shipments until the final loading on the boats
• Ensures constant communication with clients, service providers and other members of the various departments
• Approves the invoices of the different suppliers
• Replaces and supports his/her colleagues who are specialists in documentation as needed
• Replaces and supports the team leader in documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience related to exports (preferred) or imports.
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- You are resourceful, autonomous, proactive, and have good organizational skills
