Advantages
This position is a fixed-term contract for the duration of a medical leave. However, it could be extended or lead to a permanent role.
Responsibilities
Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and supply conditions.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the existing portfolio of suppliers.
Implement and track supplier performance metrics.
Quality and Compliance:
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all suppliers adhere to the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory standards.
Coordinate supplier audits and inspections and drive corrective action plans.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A college diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or supplier relationship management.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred.
Essential Skills:
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ERP software and supply chain management tools.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required
