Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
• Support the Project Manager with tasks related to assigned projects, ensuring timely and
efficient execution.
• Attend site meetings and maintain accurate, detailed records of discussions, decisions, and
follow-up actions.
• Review all elements of assigned projects, including scope of work, material requirements, order
configurations, and lead times.
• Conduct site visits to inspect the progress and conditions of projects, providing timely updates
to the Project Manager.
• Assist with on-site measuring and accurately record all required dimensions and details.
• Coordinate material order and production statuses ensuring accurate and problem free
installation schedules, effectively communicating updates to the Project Manager and relevant
site stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls and final inspections with clients for completed projects.
• Any other reasonable, lawful requirement of Employer
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in field management is considered an asset.
• Knowledge and experience in Residential Re & Re (remove and replace) of windows and doors,
and curtain wall systems are an asset.
• Possession of a valid Full G Driver’s License.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to and from job sites.
