Responsibilities
• Provide daily system support and perform quality checks for transactions within the Fieldglass VMS.
• Create and deliver data-driven reports and business insights using Power BI.
• Onboard and train internal stakeholders and suppliers on contingent labor processes and tools.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely responses to resourcing requests.
• Facilitate the resolution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) issues to ensure timely payments.
• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues, including integrations with SAP and Workday.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in administering and using Fieldglass, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven proficiency in building reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong experience with contingent labor programs and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Familiarity with system integrations, particularly between Fieldglass, SAP, and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders.
