Responsibilities
As Finance Director, you will have a 360° view of the division and your main responsibilities will be :
- Accounting: manage the accounting team (5 people), support the team in technical matters and help them to develop.
- Process improvement - review processes, internal control and help optimize (automation, more advanced use of BI...)
- FP&A: prepare budgets and analyses to support decision-making and help internal parties understand their results.
- M&A: support the corporate finance team in external acquisition projects and in integrating acquired companies
- Present and popularize financial information to stakeholders and senior management.
- ad hoc mandates as requested by management
Qualifications
For this Finance director position, we are looking for :
- CPA designation
- min. 7 years' experience with a min, 3 years in team management
- Experience in real estate - mainly commercial real estate
- bilingualism
- Team player, dynamic, able to be a technical coach for his teams and to have a simple and consise approach for management and internal customers.
