Job Title: Finance Manager - Canadian Company
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)
Salaire: 100K-125K depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the medium and long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation in force in Quebec and Canada.
- Establish financial performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for results monitoring.
- Prepare and present clear and relevant reports to management and external stakeholders.
- Guide and supervise accounting operations (billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll).
- Strengthen internal controls to secure assets and reduce financial risks
.- Identify, evaluate, and implement technological tools (ERP, accounting automation, analytical solutions).
- Optimize financial processes through artificial intelligence and automation.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, or management (CPA a major asset).
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis and modeling.
- Experience in the implementation of ERP solutions or innovative financial tools.
- Collaborative leadership, ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
