Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze financial and project data to support decision-making
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow modelling for various asset classes
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts while promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Drive process improvements through automation, standardized reporting, and ERP system enhancements
- Monitor KPIs and optimize workflows to improve asset performance and operational efficiency
- Support investment strategy through data insights, financial modelling, and capital planning across the portfolio
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial modelling with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience analyzing and managing financial data related to real estate or capital assets, with knowledge of cost accounting and asset performance
- Experience working with SQL and/or VBA considered an asset
