Job Title: Financial Analyst - Accounting and Implementation Project
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 105K + Benefits

Responsibilities
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to support operational decision-making.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to understand the financial impacts of business activities.
- Act as a super user or financial referent in the ERP project team.
- Document existing financial processes and propose improvements related to best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to define the financial functional requirements of the new ERP.
- Actively participate in testing phases, data validation, and end-user training.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and reliability of the data migrated to the new ERP.
- Participate in the automation of reports and the development of new dashboards.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA or CPA designation a major asset).
- CPA title (or in the process of obtaining it) is an important asset.
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical mind, rigor, and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment.
- Experience in an ERP implementation project (e.g.: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) – a strong asset.
