Responsibilities
As an FP&A Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- FP&A Architect: Structuring financial analysis for operations. Everything needs to be built from scratch: processes, KPIs, forecasting models.
- Automation & Tech: Use your expertise (Power BI, Macros, automation) to make data “talk” and reduce manual work.
- Field Business Partner: You won't just talk to accountants. You will seek information directly from Operations Directors and Regional Managers to understand cost and volume variances.
- Pure analysis: Analyze financial statements, costs, variances, and inventories to optimize the profitability of each business unit.
- Collaborate with operational and financial teams on process improvement projects and ensure the smooth flow of information and processes.
Qualifications
For this FP&A Analyst position, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- CPA or CPA in progress or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, including experience in FP&A, ideally close to operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Curious and a good communicator
- Fluent in both official languages, both spoken and written
- Advanced in Excel (Macros or very comfortable with BI tools)
