Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be focused on ensuring smooth system transition, data integrity, and documentation:
1.Testing & Validation: Lead and assist on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and PIV (Pre-Implementation Verification) activities leading up to the Go-Live date.
2.Issue Resolution: Maintain the Platform/FRR issue tracker, coordinating directly with IT and FSS to ensure timely resolution of issues during and after testing.
3.Reconciliation: Provide hands-on assistance with TM1 reconciliation, including the manual creation of disclosure documents for comparison with EPM data.
4.Data Management: Assist with monthly and Go-Live submission uploads.
5.Documentation & Controls: Create comprehensive documentation, including User Documentation, Technical Process documentation, and FRR documentation.
oDocument the implementation of manual controls handled by the FRR team, including developing alternative approaches for noted issues.
6.User Access: Maintain the user master file and monitor user lists, checking control points (e.g., ensuring submitter and approver are not the same person).
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills/Experience
•Minimum 3+ years of experience successfully working on IT projects (managing projects, dealing with various stakeholders).
•Experience with Financial Instruments and related data analysis.
•Proven ability in UAT Testing and verification processes.
•Essential System Knowledge: TM1 (or equivalent Enterprise Performance Management/EPM system) and PeopleSoft.
•Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
•Soft Skills: Collaborative team player who can work independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills/Education
•Strong Financial background.
•Prior experience working within the banking industry.
•Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or an MBA.
