This hybrid role combines financial performance analysis, process optimization, and hands-on involvement in major technological projects. Responsibilities
- Participate in the full financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, and scenario planning) and produce performance reports for management.
- Collaborate in monthly closings by analyzing results, explaining significant variances, and supporting the improvement of accounting controls and processes.
- Develop and automate financial and operational dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) to ensure reliable KPI tracking.
- Participate in ERP implementation or optimization projects (e.g., SAP or Oracle), including requirements definition, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
- Map, analyze, and optimize financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
- Implement automation solutions (macros, RPA, analytical tools) to reduce manual tasks and standardize financial practices.
- Act as a business partner to operational units by providing financial analyses, strategic recommendations, and support in a multi-project environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; CPA or in the process of obtaining one is a plus
- Experience in accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong skills in Excel and financial data analysis
- Experience in transformation projects, system implementation, or process automation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with various stakeholders
