Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Support division management in all financial and operational matters.
- Actively participate in monthly closings.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and performance analyses.
- Design and update financial dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, sales by market, channel and product family.
- Produce monthly reports with relevant comments for decision-making.
- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor monthly transactions and identify any anomalies.
- Participate in business reviews in collaboration with managers.
- Manage ad hoc requests related to finance and operational performance.
Qualifications
- University degree in accounting.
- CPA designation required.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in finance in a large business environment.
- Excellent command of MS Excel (advanced level required).
- Experience with AS400, TM1, BI tools (a strong asset).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
