Responsibilities
•Conduct detailed financial analysis on large-scale initiatives, including IT outsourcing and infrastructure projects.
•Develop and enhance business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions.
•Review and critique business cases, ensuring clarity in financial modeling, justification, and outcomes.
•Prepare and deliver financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
•Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
•Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
•Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
•Accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent practical experience preferred.
•Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience, with a focus on IT and capital project initiatives.
•Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling (including macros).
•Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
•Familiarity with Hyperion, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Solid understanding of financial risk identification and mitigation.
•Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
•Industry experience in financial services or insurance highly desirable.
