Responsibilities
Strategic Fiscal Planning: Act as the primary financial advisor to the Chief of Staff, ensuring that the 3-year IAM strategy is backed by rigorous financial modeling and performance tracking across all cross-departmental programs.
Capital & Budgetary Control: Own the end-to-end budget lifecycle. You will lead demand forecasting and resource allocation in partnership with SMEs and Sourcing, ensuring that every dollar spent aligns with the global cybersecurity vision.
Performance Insight & Executive Dashboards: Design and drive high-level executive reporting (CIO Briefings, Board Updates). You will transform complex technical milestones into clear Financial Outcomes and Value-at-Risk assessments for senior leadership.
Workforce & OpEx Strategy: Manage the financial integrity of the global workforce strategy. You will provide leadership with deep-dive transparency into hiring pipelines, personnel costs, and the fiscal impact of headcount fluctuations.
Commercial Vendor Governance: Lead the financial execution and optimization of the vendor contract portfolio. Working with Sourcing and Finance, you will ensure that third-party engagements are cost-efficient and provide maximum ROI for the department.
Governance & Business Reviews: Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic forums to hold technical teams accountable to their budgetary and delivery commitments.
Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting/preferred).
Master degree in business or CPA ( an Asset )
Minimum 7-12 years of experience in financial analysis or consulting within the IT project sphere. ideally within financial services- dealing with multiple Stakeholder
Familiarity with cybersecurity and related financials (e.g., IGM. PAM, AD,etc. )
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (Power Bi), PowerPoint, and Word, Jira , PPM( an asset)
-You must be confortable using AI. and automation reporting experience.
-You're a clear, concise communicator—you can talk to an analyst or an executive with equal ease.
-A natural at building relationships and keeping all key players on the same page.
-A true self-starter who is highly proactive and can manage your work autonomously.
-The ability to solve problems creatively and handle multiple competing demands without getting stressed out.
