Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Develop and analyze pro forma financials for the BNA future state, ensuring alignment with key reporting metrics such as product profitability, expenses, and affiliate governance.
Process Improvement: Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies, working to ensure consistent and accurate financial data across all entities. You will also address standalone reporting requirements and verify data sources.
Operational Support: Assist with general ledger and month-end close processes as needed.
Automation & Technology: Support the development of new automation and technology initiatives, specifically within SAP and Alteryx.
Qualifications
Experience: Direct experience in financial reporting, external reporting, or a related field within the financial services industry is preferred. Experience with an external accounting or audit firm is a strong asset.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial statements and GAAP. Familiarity with SAP, Alteryx, or similar systems is highly desirable.
Work Style: A proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or ACCA or equivalent is a strong asset
