We are seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Analyst to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for the management, analysis, and tracking of fixed assets, ensuring accuracy in financial data using SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate has a strong command of accounting principles (debits/credits), advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle (acquisitions, disposals, transfers, retirements) in SAP S/4HANA.
Prepare and analyze fixed asset schedules and monthly/annual depreciation reports.
Reconcile fixed asset accounts and ensure accuracy of related accounting entries (debits/credits).
Collaborate with audit teams and provide required documentation.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and IFRS/GAAP (as applicable).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA – FI-AA module (Fixed Assets Accounting).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting entries (debits/credits, depreciation).
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work independently.
Bilingual (French/English) – predominantly English-speaking environment.
