Responsibilities
- Orchestrate delivery requests from our clients across Quebec and Ontario.
- Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling with our partner clients.
- Guide and supervise a fleet of approximately 20 seasoned drivers each day.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team and department manager to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with transport laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Field Expertise: You have solid dispatch experience and know Quebec/Ontario routes like the back of your hand.
- Tech Agility: Transport management software holds no secrets for you.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Your customer service skills and negotiation talents are well recognized.
- Team Spirit: You enjoy working in a climate of collaboration and mutual respect.
- The Added Bonus: A degree in transport, logistics, or supply chain is a major asset.
