Advantages
Title: Fleet Data Entry Specialist
Location: St Hubert or Ville St Laurent
Length: 3 to 6 months contract
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm range (flexible)
Hybrid work model; 2-3 days a week from home, once trained
26$/hr paid weekly, every Thursday
Possibility of permanent position once contract is complete
Responsibilities
- Monitor Garage Team mail box/Trailcon Portal, go through service calls. (Primarily Ontario).
- Support monthly fleet inspection requirements PEP/Safety.
- Track trailers with different GPS systems/reports for repair/safety/reefer downloads.
- Reefer downloads requests/follow ups.
- Day-to-day fleet operations administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English to communicate with colleagues in Ontario and Quebec
- Experience in heavy-vehicle industry is an asset (trucking, rentals, etc)
- Strong administrative, organized, and computer skills
