Responsibilities
As a floor clerk, you will be the primary point of contact for our B2B clientele. Your main tasks will include:
Complete customer management: floor clerks, billing, returns, and customer needs.
Administrative follow-up: Preparing purchase orders, invoicing, managing shipping labels via Canada Post.
Internal coordination: Liaising with different departments to provide impeccable customer service.
Versatility: store management, store setup, and all other related tasks
Qualifications
To succeed in this essential role, you will need the following skills and experience:
Essential bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
Significant experience in customer service, ideally on the sales floor or at the cash registers.
Excellent stress management skills and the ability to remain calm in a high-volume work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing a large number of orders and follow-ups.
Strong team spirit and a collaborative attitude.
Initiative and autonomy, while also being comfortable asking for help or working as part of a team.
