This position is located in Brantford, Ontario, operating on a 12-hour continental shift schedule. We have openings for Day continentals (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Night continentals (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at a competitive wage of $21.00/hour. This role requires English language proficiency only.

Responsibilities
• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight from trailers and storage racks.
• Transporting raw materials and finished inventory to designated production or shipping zones.
• Utilizing RF scanners to track product movement and maintain order accuracy.
• Conducting daily pre-operational safety inspections on the equipment.
• Assisting with manual order picking and pallet wrapping to support the manufacturing & logistics team.
• Maintaining a clean, hazard-free warehouse floor in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
• Valid certification for a counterbalance forklift.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift within a warehouse environment or manufacturing & logistics facility.
• Full flexibility to commit to 12-hour continental shifts (day or night rotation).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Reliable transportation to the facility in Brantford, Ontario.
• Strong English communication skills for workplace safety and teamwork.
• Proven expertise operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Strong spatial awareness to navigate busy shipping docks safely.
• Physical stamina to maintain focus throughout a 12-hour continental shift.
• Strong communication skills in English to accurately receive instructions.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and handheld RF scanning devices.
• A safety-first mindset with a thorough understanding of industrial safety standards.
