Responsibilities
Expert Operation: Operating the counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and stack materials.
Receiving & Shipping: Precisely executing the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound transport trucks.
Inventory Management: Stacking and storing materials accurately in designated warehouse locations.
Order Fulfillment: Performing accurate order picking to support distribution schedules.
Safety & Compliance: Diligently maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to all established safety protocols.
Qualifications
Validated Experience: 3 to 5 years of recent, hands-on experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
Certifications: Possession of a valid forklift operator license is mandatory.
Sector Knowledge: Proven experience (3-5 years) working in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Reliability & Focus: Exceptional attendance record, strong sense of responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail and safety.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the proven ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
