Position: Forklift Operator / Crown Reach Truck Operator
Address: Ancaster
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Pay: $23.50/hr
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Safely operate a Crown Reach forklift for 70% of the shift to transport, stack, and stage palletized inventory in a high-volume warehouse.
• Perform manual material handling tasks for 30% of the shift, including hand-picking individual tires and heavy products.
• Support dock station operations by loading, unloading, sorting, and staging incoming and outgoing freight.
• Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on Crown Reach equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in alignment with site health and safety standards.
Qualifications
• Previous hands-on experience operating a Crown Reach forklift (expired licenses are accepted).
• Flexibility and availability to work occasional weekend shifts as business needs require.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Candidates must provide and wear their own CSA-approved safety shoes and high-visibility safety vest on site.
