Responsibilities
Precision Material Handling: Masterfully operate advanced machinery—including Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies—to seamlessly navigate and move stock.
Streamlined Logistics: Drive inbound and outbound efficiency by expertly loading and unloading trailers, ensuring production lines and shipping docks remain fluid and dynamic.
Tech-Driven Tracking: Utilize RF scanning technology to precisely track, log, and optimize real-time inventory movements.
Proactive Safety & Maintenance: Champion a culture of safety by conducting daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and maintaining a pristine, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
Valid Certification: A current forklift license is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year operating forklifts within a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
Professional Dependability: A strong work ethic, exceptional punctuality, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Precision & Detail-Oriented: Ability to process and handle materials quickly and accurately during peak production periods.
Safety-First Mindset: A steadfast commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team members daily.
