Responsibilities
Equipment Optimization: Set up, monitor, and maintain high-speed production machinery to ensure optimal daily output and efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visual and dimensional inspections on finished products to ensure strict compliance with quality benchmarks.
Proactive Troubleshooting: Identify and promptly resolve minor mechanical variances or line disruptions to minimize operational downtime.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workstation and strictly adhere to OHSA regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with material handlers and logistics teams to maintain a seamless workflow across the facility.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: Prior experience operating machinery within a fast-paced production, industrial manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in using basic hand tools and a strong comfort level working with complex industrial technology.
Professional Reliability: A proven track record of excellent punctuality, consistent attendance, and strong accountability.
Safety-First Mindset: A proactive commitment to workplace safety regulations and hazard awareness.
