The Hustler: You have the physical stamina and "all-in" attitude required to step off the lift and handle manual freight whenever the team needs a hand.
The Professional: You are looking for a stable, high-volume environment with a competitive rate of $22.00/hour.
The Reliable: You own a dependable vehicle to ensure consistent arrival at our Calgary facility (as we are located off the standard transit routes).

Responsibilities
Load, unload, and strategically stage LTL and FTL freight to hit daily dispatch deadlines.
Operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to safely hustle pallets across a high-traffic cross-dock.
Step off the machine to hand-bomb and stack boxes (up to 50 lbs), building solid, road-ready pallets.
Keep the dock flowing by managing fast-paced workflows to keep up with strict transportation schedules.
Use handheld RF scanners to log inventory movements and maintain 100% accuracy on all shipments.
Qualifications
1+ years of dedicated experience in a freight, transportation, or 3PL cross-dock environment
Proven, hands-on knowledge of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) workflows
Valid Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift certification (or highly verifiable experience
Must have your own reliable vehicle as the location is completely off transit routes.
Ready to start working immediately.
