Paying a solid $22.00 an hour, this role offers a consistent Sunday to Thursday afternoon schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM—meaning you get your Fridays and Saturdays completely free! To crush it in this role, you need deep roots in LTL/FTL freight procedures, confident machine skills to navigate tight spaces, and the physical drive to step off the lift and hand-bomb freight when the dock gets backed up.
Please note that this location is not on a bus route, so having your own reliable vehicle is an absolute must. If you have the cross-dock experience, the hustle, and the wheels to get here, we are ready to get you in the driver’s seat immediately.

Responsibilities
Load, unload, and strategically stage LTL and FTL freight to hit daily dispatch deadlines.
Operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to safely hustle pallets across a high-traffic cross-dock.
Step off the machine to hand-bomb and stack boxes (up to 50 lbs), building solid, road-ready pallets.
Keep the dock flowing by managing fast-paced workflows to keep up with strict transportation schedules.
Use handheld RF scanners to log inventory movements and maintain 100% accuracy on all shipments.
Qualifications
1+ years of dedicated experience in a freight, transportation, or 3PL cross-dock environment
Proven, hands-on knowledge of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) workflows
Valid Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift certification (or highly verifiable experience
Must have your own reliable vehicle as the location is completely off transit routes.
Ready to start working immediately.
