Your Impact (Responsibilities)
Execute high-volume cross-dock and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) material handling operations with speed and precision.

The Experience: You bring a proven track record of operating forklifts, specifically within fast-paced LTL or cross-dock logistics environments.

The Flexibility: You can commit to one of the following critical operational shifts:
Early Morning: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Day: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
The Goal: You are looking for a stable, long-term home where your strong performance and attendance will transition you into a permanent role within a few months.
Compensation: $21.00 – $25.00/hour (Scale dependent on your experience and shift selection).

Responsibilities
• Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
• Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product

• Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
• Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
• Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (800–1200 cases shared across team)
• Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Qualifications
• Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
• Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
• Experience operating electric forklifts required
• Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong English communication skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities
• Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume demands
