Your Impact (Responsibilities)
Champion safety by strictly observing and following all workplace policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Maintain pristine, safe, and organized work areas throughout the production plant and warehouse.
Orchestrate final product preparation by accurately palletizing, bagging, counting, packing, and labeling goods.
Streamline logistics by efficiently loading and unloading pallets and bulk product.
Manage bulk material handling, including the prompt shoveling and cleanup of grain spills.
Partner closely with the sanitation team to execute facility cleanliness standards.
Collaborate dynamically with supervisors and main machine operators, executing daily operational goals with precision.

Production Support: Assist with the packaging of products by palletizing, bagging, counting, and labeling.
Material Handling: Safely load and unload pallets and products.
Site Cleanup: Shovel grain spills and provide assistance to the sanitation team as needed.
Team Support: Follow directions from supervisors and main operators. Provide general support to operators to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and involves a mix of indoor (80-90%) and outdoor (10-20%) work.
Qualifications
The Track Record: You bring previous warehouse general labor work experience, meaning you already know the rhythm of a successful industrial floor.
