Your Impact (Responsibilities)
Drive Logistics Excellence: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, stack, and organize materials across the facility.
Fuel the Production Line: Keep assembly and manufacturing lines fully stocked with raw materials while swiftly and safely transporting finished goods to storage.
Navigate Complex Spaces: Masterfully maneuver through busy warehouse aisles and tight spaces to optimize inventory placement.
Champion Workplace Safety: Conduct rigorous daily equipment inspections, uphold strict safety protocols, and maintain a pristine, hazard-free workspace.
Verify Accuracy: Utilize basic math skills to conduct inventory counts, cross-reference labels, and ensure error-free shipments.
Who You Are (Requirements)
Credentialed Professional: Holds a valid, current forklift license/ticket.
Experienced Operator: a minimum of 1 year of dedicated forklift experience, paired with 6–12 months of hands-on warehouse environment exposure.
Versatile Machine Expert: Possesses practical knowledge of machinery such as reach trucks, sit-down counterbalances, dock stockers, or electric walkies.
Reliable & Ready: Prepared for immediate availability to start and possesses independent, reliable transportation for the daily commute.
Performance-Driven: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, exceptional punctuality, sharp attention to detail, and the stamina to thrive in an active, fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move, stage, and store product.
Cross-Dock Distribution: Manage fast-moving freight through our cross-dock environment, ensuring minimal storage time and quick turnaround.
Shipping & Receiving: Scan all inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
Shipment Verification: Verify physical counts against shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips) to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must have 6+ months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience with forklift and valid certification ( minimum 1 year experience)
- A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable.
- Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs as required.
