Position Title: Dock Worker
Pay Rate: 20.00
Work Location: New Glasgow, NS B2H 5E3
Shift Schedule: Monday: 2am - 10am Tue-Fri: 4am - 12pm
Notes: Candidate must be forklift certified with experience

Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie) safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load and unload containers and trailers accurately to meet shipping schedules.
• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counting and documentation.
• Pick orders for loads and ensure items are packed and labeled correctly.
• Relocate and put away materials in warehouse racks or designated storage areas.
• Use specialized equipment such as push-pull attachments and winches when required.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including cleaning, sorting, and pallet stacking.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with manufacturing & logistics safety standards.
Qualifications
• Valid forklift certification (Reach and Counterbalance preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, or nights.
• Reliability and a strong track record of punctuality.
• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check if required by the client.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
