Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Walkies.
Logistics Support: Maintain seamless production workflow by accurately loading and unloading trailers and efficiently organizing inventory.
Inventory Control: Utilize handheld RF scanners to record, monitor, and track material movements in real time.
Safety Leadership: Conduct daily pre-operational equipment inspections and actively uphold a zero-injury workplace culture.
Qualifications
Credentials: Valid Forklift Certification preferred (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on forklift operation experience within a fast-paced warehouse or industrial setting.
Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Precision: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and focus while working efficiently in a high-volume environment.
