Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Prepare, run, and oversee automated, high-speed production line machinery.

- Minor Technical Adjustments: Notice minor operational hiccups early and make basic tweaks to prevent line delays.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines (OHSA) while keeping your area clean and organized.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate smoothly with material handlers, warehouse staff, and team leads to hit daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience with equipment in a fast-moving manufacturing, distribution, or plant setting.
- Mechanical Skills: Natural aptitude for working with basic hand tools and operating automated machinery.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance record, and dedicated accountability.
- Safety Mindset: A proactive attitude toward keeping yourself and your coworkers safe on the floor.
- Adaptability: Comfortably manage changing tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
