Navigate with Precision: Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently through narrow aisles and high-density storage racking.
Accelerate Order Fulfillment: Utilize RF scanning technology to locate, pull, and process inventory with speed and absolute accuracy.
Secure Global Shipments: Build, stack, and wrap pallets to ensure goods are secure and ready for flawless transit.
Champion Workplace Safety: Maintain an organized warehouse floor, proactively identify inventory discrepancies, and uphold rigorous safety standards.

Who You Are
Certified Expert: You hold a valid, current forklift/reach truck certificate (ticket).
Proven Operator: You bring at least 1 year of dedicated reach truck experience to the floor.
High-Bay Proficient: You possess a minimum of 6 months of experience working confidently with high warehouse racking systems.
Reliable & Mobile: You possess a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle to guarantee consistent attendance at our Edmonton facility.

Efficient Order Fulfillment: Fast-paced picking and packing of orders with a high degree of accuracy.
Tech-Driven Inventory Control: Use RF scanners and digital systems to seamlessly track and manage inventory flow.
Safe Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout a dynamic warehouse and production floor.
Workspace Optimization: Proactively stock supplies, organize inventory, and maintain a spotless, safety-first work environment.
Team-First Mindset: Collaborate reliably with team members to hit and exceed daily production targets.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: At least 6 months of practical experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Equipment Certification: Prior experience operating a reach truck, backed by a valid, current certification.
Reliable Commute: Access to a personal vehicle is highly preferred, as several locations are not serviced by public transit.
Safety-First Mindset: An absolute commitment to adhering to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
Physical Capabilities: Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
