Your Impact (Responsibilities)
Orchestrate Yard Logistics: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, load, and unload heavy building materials across a fast-paced environment.
Drive Physical Operations: Pivot from the driver's seat to tackle manual material handling and heavy lifting to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Champion Team Safety: Communicate seamlessly with the yard crew to maintain a fluid, accident-free, and high-performing workspace.

Certified Expert: You hold a valid, up-to-date forklift certification (ticket).

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely handle a heavy-duty forklift in an outdoor yard to efficiently load, unload, and transport materials.
Inventory Management: Accurately track, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
Yard Support: Assist with manual lifting and general organization to keep the yard clean and orderly.
Qualifications
Certification: Must possess a valid, current Forklift Certification.
Experience: Demonstrated track record operating forklifts, with a preference for outdoor yard or heavy industrial environments.
Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to changing weather conditions.
Core Skills: Strong communication abilities and a safety-first mindset.
Physical Demands: Capable of handling physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
